About
Heya! 👋 I'm Franco Muñiz, a software engineer at Unwrap in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a final-year Computer Science student at the University of Buenos Aires (Universidad de Buenos Aires).
At Unwrap
Over the last few years, I've helped build and scale Unwrap's customer intelligence platform. That includes complex dashboards and product features for analyzing millions of customer feedback records, plus integrations and production data pipelines that ingest millions of records a day from third-party platforms.
I work across frontend, backend, data workflows, infrastructure, system design, and AI-powered product features. I usually own problems end to end: shaping the solution, implementing it, deploying, monitoring, and iterating. I also work directly with customers and partners to turn messy requirements into reliable product capabilities.
I joined as part of Unwrap's early engineering team, and I've contributed to how the core platform, technical foundations, and engineering practices have evolved.
Unwrap Surveys
I'm currently leading the engineering work behind Unwrap Surveys, the part of the platform that helps companies collect better feedback and connect it directly with Unwrap's analysis. I initially drove Surveys across product and engineering on my own, and I'm now helping shape its technical direction as a team forms around it.
